What is ViPR?

ViPR – Vitality, Performance, Reconditioning is a whole body workout that bridges the gap between movement and strength training.  ViPR combines full body movement with load and is a great new dynamic way to work out.  

ViPR on the beach is also available.

What will it do for me?

ViPR will give great fat burning results as well as improving strength, coordination and mobility.

Is it right for me?

ViPR is suitable for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels as your instructor will help make sure you are working at an appropriate level and with the right load for your fitness level and to achieve your goals. However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily.  Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get very warm.  You should wear trainers that give you adequate support and stability.

What else should I bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated- you may want to bring a towel too.

ViPR and ViPR on the beach classes are available at our Nova Prestatyn centre.

When does this class take place?

You can check when all our classes are on our timetable. It is advisable to book for all classes.
