What are Tri-Circuits?

Tri-Circuits is a high impact interval class that combines three types of exercise – step, rebounder and resistance training to deliver a great cardio and toning workout.

What will it do for me?

This class will help with general fitness as well as being a great fat burner and helping to tone the whole body.

Is it right for me?

Tri-circuits is a high impact class but is great for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels as the tempo of the workout can be varied to suit your fitness level and your goals.

However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily.  Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get warm.  Choose trainers that give you stability and support to exercise.

What else should I bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you wish.

Tri-circuit classes are available at our centre in Rhyl.

You can check when all our classes are on our timetable. It is advisable to book for all classes.
