What is Legs, Bums and Tums?

Legs, Bums and Tums combines a full aerobic workout with special toning exercises to target the abs and lower body.

The class will include a range of exercises including crunches, squats, lunges and other simple moves.

What will it do for me?

This class will help with general fitness as well as fat burning and targeted toning of abs and lower body.

Is it right for me?

Legs, Bums and Tums is great for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels.  Your instructor will help to ensure you are working appropriately for your fitness level and your goals.

However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily.  Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get warm.  Choose trainers that give you stability and support to exercise.

What else should I bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you wish.

Legs, Bums and Tums classes are available at our centres in Denbigh, Corwen and Nova Prestatyn.

When does this class take place?

You can check when all our classes are on our timetable. It is advisable to book for all classes.
