What is BodyStrong?

"First move well, then move often" BodyStrong classes focus on the five fundamental human movements squat, push, pull, hinge and loaded carries. Training these movements will improve coordination, balance and body posture. Build a strong foundation that functions well and a body that looks and feels great too.

What will it do for me?

BodyStrong will improve overall fitness, help burn fat and help you achieve a strong toned body.

Is it right for me?

BodyStrong is a great exercise for everyone aged 16 and over and all fitness levels as your instructor will help you work at an intensity and with loads that suit your ability and targets.

However, if you have an ongoing medical condition or injury you should consult with your GP or medical practitioner before beginning a new exercise programme.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, flexible clothes that let you move easily.  Avoid very baggy clothes and bear in mind you may get very warm.  You should wear trainers that give you adequate support and stability.

What else should I bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment – just a water bottle to stay hydrated and towel.

Where does this class take place?

Body Strong classes are available at our centre in Llangollen.

When does this class take place?

You can check when all our classes are on our timetable. It is advisable to book for all classes.
